Total Float Management (TFM) is a comprehensive software to analyze the Project delay/ acceleration in more fast and accurate manner. The approach taken by the software is to schedule the project on day-by-day of delay occurance and to record those delays as responsibility of either Owner or Contractor based on some theory explained in the research papers. As a result, each and every single delay in the project that affects the critical or non critical path is recorded using this software.

In addition, TFM software is the only software to record the TF responsibility before the start of the daily analysis and track it throughout the analysis. Moreover, the software has the ability to incorporate the change orders into delay analysis and records the results to help the delay claim analyzer to estimate the damages more easily. Lastly, the software has the ability to analyze the As-built and As-planned schedule data to help the delay analyzer to identify each of the project activity delays and responsibilities.

  • Acceleration and Change Order events: Supports the inclusion the acceleration events and chnage order events in delay analysis results with assigning its responsibilities.

  • Constraint Exclusion: Ignoring activity constraints, instead, the software identify the delay in activity start and allow the user to assign the delay responsibility as 3rd party.

  • Daily basis approach: Since the delay analysis follow systematic approach to update the project in a daily basis, the software eliminates inconsistent results that might be result from updating schedule such as changing the start of in progress activity start.

  • Adapt multiple calendars: Has the ability to adapt multiple project calendars (including lag calendar) and avoid the conflict between the resource and activity calendar.
